You need to set a section break at the end of page 2.
The set up different headers and footers for each section (switch Same As
Previous OFF in section 2).

Hi:

How do you set a section break?

I have a report and I do not want the last page to have the header.

Thanks!

Move your cursor to the page break (where the next page is the one
that you don't want to have the header. On the menu, select Insert
and then Break... Select the Section Break Type of Next Page and
click OK.

Now you can use the Header and Footer tool to remove the header from
the last section.

Place your cursor at the end of page 2 and select Insert > Break from the
menu, then select Next Page and press OK.

Now, with your cursor in page 3 select View > Header and Footer. It will
show the section 2 header and the header/footer toolbar will show the link
to previous button (4th or 5th from right) depressed - click on this to
unlink it. Switch to the footer and do the same. You will now be able to
independently edit the header and footer for section 1 (pages 1 and 2) and
section 2 (page 3).
