I have users which are experiencing issues with the inputting of headers and
footers, When they enter autotest a page number or filename etc they just get
boxes??? changed font but still experiencing problems?????

Boxes may indicate a corrupted normal.dot, but first try Alt-F9 to toggle
display of field codes. These are Word fields.
