Hello World... Help needed!

I have a serious problem, because I can’t figure out how to make
downloading an executable file disabled from my URL, but instead
of it make only opening the file enabled at the target...

PS. I use FrontPage to building my sites

That is because it is not possible. It would be a huge security risk if
an executable was allowed to run from a web site.
