HELP!!!! Can not open site with FP 2003

I upgraded my FP 2000 to FP 2003 and I can open some of my sites, while
others, I get an error stating "The folder http://subweb.domain.net isn't
accessible. The folder may be located on an unavailable location, protected
with a passoword, or the filename contains a / or \ ."

This error happens with FP 2003, BUT, I'm able to access the web site if I
use FP 2000 in a different computer.
I have upgraded the server extension to FP2002
I'm running a Win2K Server within our network.
Any help will be appreciated.

David, thank you for the below suggestions, unfortunatelly, it did not work.
I have removed FP 2002 Server Extensions and revert back to FP2000 Server
extensions, but still not able to access the subsite.
Still getting the message.
