Help controlling Internet Explorer in FP2003

I need to make sure that people viewing my websites have
their "view\text size" set to "medium". Is there a way to
control IE settings? If so, how? I would also like the
window to open with 800x600 res.

You should be careful before resizing settings...how do
you like it when a website does that to you? Most people
don't.
