help - error opening oe

I need help fast - whenever I open oe, I get the 'do you
want to send the error rpt. to msoft' and then it dies -I
can't even read an email -

I want to try and re-install but I can't - the IE6 setup
says I have a newer version and it won't run. I am also
worried that I will lose my inbox (~500 messages)
