My company currently using exchange email server 2003.
Last month, user complain to me that their can't access to web email to
check company email. Beside this, we can not receive incoming email and can
not send out email via M'soft outlook from company.
I'm thinking may be Exchange server hang. Thus, i restart all services which
are related to the exchange server. Finally, we can send out email and
receive email.
However, this issue happen again after few days.
There is no error show in the server. I dunno what happen at all...
If some one has encouter this issue before, pls advice me as soon as
possible...
