Help! Extra Calendars/ Contact and Blackberry syncing

I have an Outlook user on Exhange 2007 where suddenly there are two
Calendars, two Contacts, etc (with the same name). He is also a
Blackberry user using BES. When he creates an appointment in Calendar
A in Outlook, he sees it in the Blackberry.

But when he creates an appointment on the Blackberry, the appointment
does not show up in Outlook Calendar A, but rather Calendar B. This
seems bizarre. Is there any explanation or anything that can be done?

I have renamed the extra calendar but this does not solve the
problem. I have wiped the Blackberry and re-run the Enterprise
Activation.
