Help generating a weekly history of all activities with Outlook BCM

I am trying to print a history of all weekly activity in Outlook 2003 with BCM. I want to print a list of all the calls, notes, and opportunities that I generated for a weekly period on one document. I can not even print out one category, i.e. all phone calls made for a week. Can anyone provide direction? I am using Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager. I am in the business contact section. I can not make any changes in the "modify report" buttons, and there is no general or timeframe history option in the help menus.
