Help! I can't get my contacts back!

Sadie

We have a new employee, so I created a new user for her in
outlook exchange. I wanted to copy the contacts folder
from the previous employee so I copied her outlook.pst
file to her desktop. However, when I import the contacts
folder, it doesn't have the contacts that I saw in her
outlook after she left. I'm assuming the only file I need
to import is the outlook.pst and her contacts folder.

Where did the contacts go?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

They are probably still left in the Exchange mailbox of the old user. When
you connect the original pst-file to the other user'Outlook do you see the
contact then?

I did that (OL 2000) but when I open the file, all of the
contacts are not there. I wanted to know if there's
another type file I should look for. It was personal
contacts, not on a public folder.

There is no other type of file that OL2000 uses to store addresses. They
are in the Contacts folder.
