Help I cant install powerpoint

I orginally had powerpoint 2000 installed on my sister's
computer. However, now we have a new computer, but
Powerpoint will not enable me to install it. If you have
any idea how I can install powerpoint on this new
computer it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Call Microsoft, explain the situation. If it is a legit transfer, they'll
work with you.
