Help!! i need to know what my post office, mailbox & password are!

Im just starting to use outlook & i havent got a clue what my post office,
mailbox & password are!!! A friend of mine set it up & unfortunately he didnt
write these details down for me :( Can anyone help?

You should call your ISP to get the information. It's probably looking for
your ISP username OR email address, password and smtp/pop addresses so that
you can send and receive email.
