A number of our staff members work outside with other
organizations. They have their email addresses on our
server as ([email protected]). They are also given
email addresses in the organizations that they work for
outside our location. (ourstaff@anothercompany). When
mails are sent to them on our email address, the mails are
rerouted to their accounts at the outside company. When
they reply to these mails the reply comes from
ourstaff@anothercompany , showing as if they are staff of
that company. Is it possible to set up Outlook 2002/XP
such that when our staff reply to rerouted mails that the
reply address comes from (e-mail address removed)? What need
to be setup here? Any help in setting up this would be
appreciated. The outside organization is using Exchange
Server2003 with Outlook 2000/XP.
