Help - Operation Failed

I am using Outlook 2003 (All updates), XPsp2

Outlook was working fine, although it sends mail just fine, it will not
receive email.
I get the (very helpful and informative) error 0x80004005 'The operation
failed'

I have tried Detect & Repair, Create a new profile, nothing works.
Although, "Test Connection" says everything is OK.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I figured it out.
It was some sort of corrupt message on the mail server.
I just deleted them one at a time until it started working.
