I have recently installed Office 2003 and all my programs have been working
except for Outlook 2003 which is really what I need. Every time I open it I
get the error message: "Outlook failed to start correctly last time. Starting
Outlook in Safe Mode will help you correct or isolate a startup problem..."
It comes with a prompt to start in Safe Mode, but when I press both yes and
no it still doesnt allow me to open Outlook but instead gives me another
popup which says that Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. It has done that every
time I have tried to use the program and there is no way for me to use it.
Any help on this matter would be very greatly appreciated.
P.S. have also tried uninstalling and installing twice and nothing has
changed along with dectecting and repairing. Nothing seems to work.
