having huge problems accessing hotmail through outlook express. I'm on mac
osx using Outlook version 5.02. I'm able to download my folders and new
emails but can't send anything. I keep getting HTTP error. Access to the
resource has not been authorized (-1401) and sometimes an error -17199

The account has been created as a hotmail account in Outlook and the sending
message box is ticked so that sent messages are saved in Sent items folder,
instead of locally.

I've also tried to set up a non-hotmail account. I can still download emails
but sending emails to a different domain email address gives me the
following message: Recipient Not Authorised [recipient rejected due to no
authorised destination groups] 5550

Any ideas?
