Hi I have Publisher 2007 and have recently downloaded the template tiltled
[Direct Marketing catalogue for commercial printing]. Unfortunatly after
working in it a bit I realized that I could not delete the 2nd page of a
spread. I would like to have just the left hand side of the spread and not
the right hand side. But if I try to delete that 2nd page it deletes both
pages. I really like this design alot and works very well for what Im trying
to do. Is there a way to have a Catalogue with a bunch of single catalogue
pages as opposed to all spreads? if not can you recommend another template
that is nicely designed but also not full of 2-page spreads?

View, uncheck *Two page spread*. You will get a message about groups of four.
You now can delete page 3.

If you want this catalog as single pages, Page setup, Advanced, Layout type, one
page per sheet. File, print setup, be certain you have letter size, portrait.

Ok great, I did both of these things and it did work correctly. A couple
quick questions though. I opened a new file just to test it out on first
before trying it on my own file. Why when you do these things to the file do
some of the graphics move or hang out to the right of the 2nd page? And I
didn't see the message about groups of four. Will this be a problem with
printing?
2) Currently I want to use this catalogue file to mail via email via PDF. If
in the future I want to print this file do I need to turn it back to the
2-page spread view and change the settings back to their original settings?
thanks

The four page message is only visible when you delete a page from a booklet
setup.

You can keep the single page setup when you send via PDF. And you can print it
as is. Hopefully you have a wonderful color printer, the images in this template
are super.
