HELP! RECEIVING ERROR!

I am receiving an error reading: "This view is damaged. Default settings will be used." This only comes up on certain emails. Also, there is one large email that will not allow me to delete it. It's error reads: "Messaging interace has returned an unknown error. If problem persists, restart outlook."

This is occuring on my MSN account (that I have installed into my Outlook 2000). Does anyone know why or how to fix this? When I close and re-open outlook, the problem still occurs
