Help - something went wrong with outlook inbox

For the last couple of days, if I respond to an email by
doing a "reply", the original message disappears from the
inbox. The only thing left is the outgoing message in the
sent box. It was the matter for years until a couple of
days ago that the original message stayed in the inbox and
the reply was in the sent box. HELP (e-mail address removed)

Not sure what you are asking. There is a box to check or
clear that keeps the original message / or not. TOOLS /
OPTIONS / EMAIL OPTIONS

Check your View settings -- make sure it's not set to Unread Messages. Also
make sure you're not sorting by the Icon column.
