Help Viewing multiple Projects in one report. Project 2002

Django

Need your expertise again. I have tried consolidating my
projects so I can obtain a single report showing all
project. For example if I want to see a report on tasks
that should have started on all my projects I wish to do
that on one report. However, each time I try to view a
report of a consolidated file I only see a report on one
project. Usually the one highlighted. How can I see a
report on all of the projects. I am using project 2002 and
2000. Hope I did not confuse you.

I basically see two options for you. One is to create a
master project on your desktop (do not create on server)
and then insert all the projects as sub projects and you
should be able to see consolidated information at varying
levels.

Option two would be to create an ASP page or use a
reporting tool to create areport showing the consolidate
information you want. We have created ASP pages grouoped
off of custom enterprise fields and show projects grouped
by status, ie.e. In Planning, Complete, In Progress, etc.
for all projecvts across the enterprise showiong data
that our executives want to see.

Thanks, Kevin. I have tried using the master file and it
seems to work. Is there a way to have the tasks identified
with their respective projects in the reports?
