Help w/ setup

I got new HP computer, and purchased separate OFFICE
Student version software. Looks like computer wants to
accept key number for STANDARD version NOT Student. Any
one help. Thanks B

Sounds like you have another version of Office or any individual app from
Office installed. Look into the Control Panel and remove it.
