Help. When I start to send a message in OUTLOOK I get a box that comes up saying a program is access

i get a program is trying to access e-mail address you have stored in
outlook. Do you want to allow this.. then i have to set a time limit
for access

if i remove WORD as the editing program then i dont get this problem.
but at some time i did not have this problem and had word and outlook
working togehter.. what do i do to fix this?

If you have Adobe Acrobat installed, you will need to remove the .pdfmaker
from Word startup.
