HELP!!! where are the "web configurations"....

so i've got a substitution: "Author"
but i can't find anywhere this is defined??
I can't find any help for substitutions
i can find any substitution properties

And when i go into the Web Settings and defined a new "parameter" as author,
it says i can't use this word because of the "web configurations"....

BUT "web configurations" are not defiend anywhere either nor in the help or
anything!!!

to define text that a substition component will display,
you have to define a Web Parameter!!!

choose Web Settings from the Tools menu!!! click the
Parameters tab!!! click Add to add whatever parameters you
want... those parameters will then show up like magic in
the Substitution Properties dialog box!!!

BUT, Author is a reserved name!!! it returns the login id
of the person who last saved the curent page!!!
