Help with form drop downs

I'm using Access 2007 and I have a form that is used to enter daily tasks but
I would like for one of the fields to change it's drop down content after I
make a selection on another drop down.

For example if I select one of these drop down selections:

Clinical Trials
Section Support
SMART Support

then my Customer Focus Detail drop down list would change for each one
because each selection has it's own drop down list.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The rowsource for the second combobox will have to be changed when user
selects from first combo box. There is an example here:
