Help with Forms/Subforms

HI All

I have made an error with this database and need some help, details are:


I have created a form which includes the customers name, contract number,
financier, contract paid out date etc. On this same form I have a subform
which shows income received from the financier each month for this relevant
contract. My problem is when I leave the subform blank (no income obviously
received yet) and view the information in query or table it shows that I have
added the new recorded in the form, but does not include the new record in
the table for the subform if all fields are left blank, only is included if
there has been income received. My purpose is that I am trying to search
records that are blank, not zero because you can have a zero. I also need to
include the contract paid in full date because if the contract is paid out we
don't need those ones included, because it is obvious why not income is
received on those ones.

Any helps would be appreciated.

Do I need to fix the 'relationships' or is there something else the problem
