Help with Out of Office rules

Can someone tell me how to fix the Out of Office rules.
I am trying to get my message that I'll be gone back to
the sender of an e-mail and move the message to a folder
and forward the message to another person. Outlook seems
to either send my message back to the sender or move and
forward but not all.

Help need fast... Thanks
