Hi,

I want to have part of the date and time to keep and
delete away the unwanted text. Example:

I have 18:31:46.067 and I want it to be 18:31PM. How to
do it?

Hi,

choose Format cells, go to time format and choose the format which suits
you well.

By the way, you can have a format like 18:31 or 6:31PM and not 18:31 PM

I have got a cell that contain this pattern:
04/7/2004 18:31:46.067, how to change it to the format as
like this: 04/7/2004 18:31.

Hi,

What is that .067 which is displayed after the seconds ?

If that is removed, then you can go to Format cells, choose custom
format and choose the format called "d.m.yy h:mm". That will return the
value 4/7/2004 18:31.
