Need to be able to copy multiple words in different areas into another word doc without having to do them individually. Is that possible?

Hi, anneg1. Use the mouse to select the first word, then hold down the Ctrl key while dragging the mouse to select the second and subsequent words. When you have selected all the words you want, press Ctrl+C to copy the selected words to the clipboard, click in the second document where you want to paste the words, and press Ctrl+V to paste.
