HELP!!!

Received new PC from Dell. I had to uninstall Office 2003
pro and reinstall it. It wants to be activated but I
can't activate via web since it thinks this is a second
install. The wizard that s/b giving me a telephone number
to call, just doesn't come up. I tried to find a phone
number on their website and can't find one!! I attempted
to get online support but it asks for the PID. When I
entered the PID (Help, About...) it gives me an error
that says this PID isn't registered in the US. ARGH!!!!

All I need is to talk to a real live person and get this
flippin software activated. Does anyone have a phone
number or a way around this caca?!?
