all i get is directed to

Almost certainly, you'd get a better answer in a newsgroup devoted to
whatever product into which you are putting in your web address -- Internet
Explorer, or Netscape, or ???. This newsgroup is for Q&A about Microsoft
Access database software.
Just a guess... if "fastband-services" is your Web Presence Provider, then
it probably means there is something wrong with/about your site and you need
to contact them. If not, then it likely means that some virus, worm,
spyware, or adware is interfering with your use of the Internet. But, as I
said, there will be better sources of information elsewhere, especially on
the topic of what to do to correct the problem.
