Hep To change Background color Gray

I have reports which all print with a white background on my computer at home.

I send the same database to someone else, and all of the reports are being
printed with a gray background. I also have a Form with a Teal green color
that appears on my system and on his system its coming out gray too.

We did a check that his default back color for a new report is gray while
mind is white. I don't know if this has any to do with it or not.

Can someone tell me what setting needs to be done on there system.
They are using Access 2003.

If you use the default system colors and print forms, you'll get the
behavior that you see. Print reports on white paper and they will be white.
Print forms and they will be the form color.

I am not completely sure that you are indicating. I check the reports back
color and they are all 16777215 and they are not the negative number stuff.

The other people are print it on white paper and its using toner on the back
color now. Any suggestions?? I believe the 16777215 back color is white.

16777215 is white. There must be something wrong with either his printer, or
his copy of Windows.
