(Hidden) Confirmation Form Fields

Hey now,

I want to create a confirmation page for the formbot in
FP02. File>New>Page...yaddayaddayadda...good.

Where can I find ALL the form fields I can put on the
page? Ex.: FP02 provides Form Properties, and when you
see the tab where you define them, there are three check
boxes for additional fields...but how do I reference the
vaiables? Moot? I just select the boxes after assigning
my page?

REMOTE_NAME
REMOTE_USER
HTTP_USER_AGENT
Plus the 2 fields
