Hide names in broadcast email 5000+!

I am unable to hide the names of the 5000+ members we
wish to send braodcast email to. Have been testing small
groups at a time, and because of multiple addresses i
feel we are being bounced out because of potential for
spam.
I have tried to use Bcc but under view menu I do not have
that option. Outlook 2002 is what I am using.
