hide row when adjacent column has zero(0)

I'm working with a workbook that has several worksheets that are all
referenced to one another. In some of the worksheets I have a specific
breakdown by region of the names of counties and in the column next to the
county name I have a value of the number of books they want. I'd like to be
able to hide the county rows that want zero(0) books (there is a zero(0) in
the column adjacent) so that way when I print the worksheet I won't see the
counties that don't want any books. I know this must be a conditional
formatting question but it's been awhile since I've taken an Excel class and
so I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!

Why not filter the range, then use the appropriate filter button to exclude
Zeros?
