high priority alert

OK, I have a number of users who get a beep-beep-beep when someone sends a
high priority message, and Outlook help has been less than helpful. I have
turn notification sounds on and off, along with Windows sounds in the
control panel. I can't even find them, let alone turn them off. Any help
would be appreciated. Thanks-drew
