highlighter function?

I was sure PowerPoint 2000 had a highlighter feature.
I can't find it... or did I accidentally delete it?

There's a pen you can use while in Slide Show view, but other than that, no,
there's not a highlighter.

Actually, I lied. There is a highlighter in Slide Show view in PPT 2003, at
least. I think it's there in 2002 also.

There's not a highlighter available in Normal editing view, though.
