Ho do I keep the reviewing toolbar from being added to the screen.

Sometimes when I open a .doc or .xls the toolbars change, in particular, the
reviewing toolbar shows up and I have to close it. How can I supress the
changes of toolbars.

possible explanation. Also, if you are using Word 2003, the default setting
(Tools | Options | Security) is to display hidden markup (and the Reviewing
toolbar) on opening a document containing tracked changes.
