Holiday Chart

I have to design a chart which will show each member of staff and all dates
of their absence from the office. I would like to either colour code it, or
use a drop down list. It will be done on a calendar month basis. I was
wondering which programme would be best to do this in? Any ideas? I'm not
sure where to start!!

Hi there. Thanks for your response. I had a look but i need to do a staff
tracker rather than a calendar. I might try downloading a couple and seeing
if I can amend them slightly though.
