Holiday's Don't Show Up

Hello,

I'm experiencing a problem with the Outlook calendar. The holidays do not
show up. I've tried removing and then restoring them, but no change.

I can see past holidays in the Events view, but they are all marked as
occurring in the past. What can I do to have them reactivated?
