Horizontal Line

Hi there
I have noticed that when I insert a HR in a page in f/p
2003, the line and whatever color I made it appears as
intended in IE, but in Netscape in appears as a dark line
and changing the color has no effect.
Any ideas as to why I cannot get a HR to appear the same
in both browsers. F/P is set for compatibilty

The color attribute of the <hr> tag is not supported by Netscape. You may
want to create your own image instead.
