I currently have an XSN with about 15 views, because of my user requirements
one of those views is an aggregate of the other views and it is all rendered
horisontally like an Excel document. some nodes have to be in repeating
sections etc so in total I have over 4300 controls on this form.
I know InfoPath is not Excel but I found that at a point, Infopath will
start confusing which nodes point where. When I saved the form everything was
pointing to the corrrect content node. The next time I opened the view to
work on it, some nodes were pointing to other fields, I was then missing some
date controls etc.
Is there some threshold that InfoPath can handle? I am not sure what to do
at this point and do not want to keep rebuilding the view.
Any help or ideas is great.
