Hotel/Office Building Schedule

Does anyone have a hotel schedule that I may obtain?
I'm not lazy....just extremely short on time.
Thx

Sorry,

There aren't any shortcuts. The shorter your time frame the higher the risk
and the more important it is to plan to get it as right first time as
possible.

Start with your breakdown of all building components starting with below
ground then first floor, second floor etc. Then have a separate schedule for
your fitout. The result will be far superior and useful than anyone else's
schedule (which will be of questionable use for you and how do you know the
schedule doesn't have major. expensive holes in it?).

Make sure you involve your contractors in scheduling the work. If your
schedule ends up showing you don't have enough time believe it!! Short time
frames get met with careful planning, working to schedule and plenty of cash
in reserve to catch up as soon as you fall behind. Do careful quality
control as you go: you won't have time to redo it later.

To restate, you can't afford to use anyone else's schedule. It will take
longer to understand it and re-work to suit your hotel than it will to do
the job right from the beginning. Get someone who knows how to schedule on
board to set you up and get you started.
