Sure, there is. Go to Office button > Word Options > Customize and click the
Keyboard Shortcuts button. In the next dialog, scroll the Categories list to
the bottom and click Styles. Select a style in the list on the right, type
your new shortcut in the box, and click the Assign button. Repeat for the
other styles.
