Hotkey ?

Greetings

I am interested in a way to press a hotkey and have the selected mail
item marked as Junk mail and moved to my Junk mail folder.

Anyone know of such a program out there already ? If not, then how
might I start creating such ?

BTW I'm using Outlook 2000
