Hotmail and Outlook 2003

I have two hotmail-accounts added and a single POP3-account.
My problem is that I only get the Desktop Alert when I recieve a
POP3-mail...
Isn't it possible to change that so I'll get the Desktop Alert whether its
one of the hotmail accouts or the POP3-account?
