Receiving a coveted invitation to open a free email account on Google's
Gmail is a thrill that's literally lost on Microsoft.

It seems Microsoft doesn't like students like me. Miss Dragon aka STAPLES (and Miss PRICK) should raise this point with her superiors and urge them to be human and not worry about competition. How much does Mr Gates needs to eat and live happily ever after?

Hey t.cruise,

Are you saying that competition does make M$ change? It was GMAIL who fired the first shot
and now M$ nd Yahoo are also providing larger inboxes. So we must continue giving M$ value
for its money. It is more competition we need not less.

We know Munich decided to stick with Linux desktops and now I hear that Norwegian City has
also embraced open source. The city in question is bergen which has decided to build its
education and health system around /SuSe Linux.

Where is this likely to end? are we already writing an epitaph of Windows Os as we know it?
Who will keep us busy patching all those critical security packets?
