Hotmail error in Outlok 2002

I can only check my Hotmail once in Outlook 2002. A second
attempt results in the error message: "Unable to display
the folder. Can't find this file. Make sure the path and
file name are correct." The address bar
shows "outlook:\\Hotmail\Inbox". If I close Outlook and
restart, then I can again access Hotmail - once. I have to
repeat the exit & restart routine each time that I want to
check Hotmail.
