Hotmail timeouts

Using Hotmail as a Web based HTTP e-mail server, Outlook
2002 (SP-2) reports a timeout from hotmail while trying to
send or receive longer attachments. It works fine on
shorter attachments. Is there a setting to adjust the
timeout interval??
