Hover buttons

I can't preview custom hover buttons in "Preview"
or "Preview in Browser." I tried the suggestions on the
Microsoft site, but to no avail. Any ideas?

I don't have a fix for you, but I will let you know that
hover buttons are beginning to be frowned upon as they are
java applets and MS no longer distributes it. Big picture
is that not everyone will be able to view them. Look for an
alternative.
