How are documents made available for visitor download?

With FrontPage 2000, I want to make documents available for download by
visitors at my site. Where are those documents placed and how do I configure
a page to make them available?

In FP: File | Import the documents into your web site. Create links to them
on a page. Publish to your remote server.
